Vegetarian Lifestyle :)
Hello :) I'm come back with a new post :)
I decided to share with you my diet, that for me it's more than this.
I have always been sensible against animals; When, for example, in a movie someone kill or hurt an animal I always cried and sometimes I had to turn off the television or go out from the cinema, because I can't see all of this violence, also if I knew that it was just a film.
So, one year ago, I asked to myself: Julia, why do you eat animals?
I started to do reserches, I talked with a nutritionist, and finally I became vegetarian :)
First of all it's important know the differences between be omnivorous, vegetarian and vegan:
Omnivores eat every kind of meat, fish and plant foods;
Vegetarians east plant foods and just animal derivates (milk,cheese,eggs,honey...), they don't eat every kind of meat and every kind of fish;
Vegans eat just plant foods, removing from their diet meat,fish and all the animal derivates.
About one year ago I decided to become vegetarian :) And I'm absolutely proud of my choice.
Be vegetarian makes me happier, healthier and I swear that I have never missed meat or fish in a year! I did exam two twice this year for control, and they're perfect.
Many people think that vegetarians eat just vegetables and fruits, but they're absolutely wrong!
But what I eat everyday? :)
A lot of Fruits and Vegetables, Grains, light dairy, eggs, but also seitan and rice milk (full of proteins and minerals) and a lot of dried fruit (almonds, walnuts...).
Last but not least: Water. Drink water it's absolutly important of our body; it cleans ourselfs eliminating waste and toxins, it's foundamental for keep our health.
Be vegetarian it's absolutly good for your body:prevents a lot of diseases, regularises the funcions of your body and it's very great for your heart.
Naturally my choice influences also other aspects of my life: for example I don't buy leather jackets or shoes, would not make sense.
I hope most of you think about a new Vegetarian Lifestyle...This can change your life in better :)
